The Streamline Edge application provides for simple customer relationship management that enables you to serve the needs of your customers, where anyone can pick up the “conversation” with the client simply by accessing their information in the system. We envisage that all activities (tasks and appointments) would be entered into the system, to enable a complete record of pertinent information to be available on demand. We would tailor the customer information views to provide simple, familiar interfaces for each department of your business.
Streamline provides for two levels of marketing automation:
- Simple mass email capability to distribute weekly e-newsletters for example. The application comprises powerful web based design and email delivery tools that caters for bounce backs, and anti-spam filters etc.
- Full marketing campaign management functionality which enables marketing teams to track the status of your relationship with customers in the context of active programs or campaigns. These campaigns can be linked in a hierarchy to provide an overarching view of program outcomes. Costs and sales received from customers linked to the campaign can also be tracked and reported upon. We would also enable links to your website for event registration, capture of customer details and linking to the event within a campaign.
