We offer a complete range of support services to support your business.
For us effective support starts with empowering staff to perform basic administrative functions through a training program designed to cater for each phase and budget.
Where more advanced skills are required to build, for example a complex dashboard, or help with the mechanics of publishing content, we offer a dedicated account manager during working hours. In addition, our platform providers also offer standard and premium support services via their help desk, should assistance be required after hours.
Streamline Support Package
After working so hard to get your Streamline Edge system ‘live’ you want to know we will respond quickly and cost-effectively to support you in tweaking or enhancing it once each phase is operational. We usually find most clients think of minor adjustments or additions to their business system after they start using it in earnest.
Our Maintenance & Support Package allows our clients peace-of-mind, as well as cost-effective changes and support, with a premium level of service.
- You are allocated a Dedicated Account Manager who will assess your need and direct your enquiry to our support teams as appropriate.
- Payment is required in advance for each package and applies to support services provided from the date payment is received.
These services apply to Streamline Modules that have been purchased, and not to products/features still in development.
